Companies That Care: Serving the Unemployed

Dittman Incentive Marketing:
Integral to its core values, Dittman Incentive Marketing undertakes several initiatives each year to encourage volunteerism and charitable giving. Standing out among the company’s projects is its annual HOPE Week; in which employee volunteers commit time and resources to make a positive impact on the local community. This year, Dittman Incentive Marketing benefited seven charities by providing:
Dittman Incentive Marketing– 500 Snack Packs
– 250 First Night Kits
– 1 large carton of men’s professional wear
– 2 large cartons of women’s professional wear
– 3 large cartons & 1 bag of clothing, books, and water bottles
– 5 days of building-wide food collections
– $563.64 in coins, collected for donation



Boiling Springs Savings BankBoiling Springs Savings Bank: 
With much support and commitment, Boiling Springs Savings Bank took on a partnership with Oasis, an organization focused on helping women rise out of poverty, to launch a new program for women. Titled “the American Bankers Association Bank Teller Certificate Program”, the 9-week program covered topics in banking, guest lecturers, and incorporated visits to local branches. The culmination of volunteer efforts by two Vice Presidents at Boiling Springs, the program shows participants just how bright the future can be.
