Member News — NJBIZ Recognizes Next Level Performance as One of 2019 Best Places to Work in New Jersey
March 7th, 2019

Next Level Performance is named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ. The program consists of 100 companies split into three groups evaluated by the NJBIZ sister company Best Companies Group. The list highlights employees and provides opportunities for professional development.

A four time winner of Best Places to Work, Next Level is committed to maintaining an engaged workforce, guided by the company’s CARES values: Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior, and Service. From making charitable donations and participating in community service during its annual HOPE Week to promoting a culture of recognition and appreciation, Next Level proudly strives to dig deeper, reach higher, and achieve more.

President of Next Level Performance, Dave Dittman says, “A strong company culture is a priority at Next Level Performance, and we are proud to be recognized yet again as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey. A motivated workforce inspires great results.”

Companies throughout New Jersey participated in the process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The two-part process involved an employee experience survey and an evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics.

The award program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. For more information on the Best Places to Work in New Jersey program, please visit njbiz.com/njs-best-places-to-work-2019.
