November 26th, 2018
Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced that it has received recognition in the 2018 Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Buyer’s Guide for the company’s Dispatcher Phoenix ECM solution. Published by Solutions Review, the Buyer’s Guide serves as a valued industry reference for top products that meet an array of business needs in the ECM marketplace.
“The significance of our Dispatcher Phoenix ECM solution being referenced in the Buyer’s Guide can’t be overstated,” said Manuel Couceiro, vice president of Konica Minolta’s Solutions Engineering Center. “We are one of a small handful of multi-function printer (MFP) manufacturers that offers our own complementary ECM solution, placing us in an exclusive community of full-service providers in this space. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to delivering powerful, innovative business solutions,” Couceiro added.
Developed by Konica Minolta’s Solutions Engineering Center, Dispatcher Phoenix ECM provides organizations of all sizes, from small-to-medium sized businesses to the enterprise, with the opportunity to increase their efficiencies, secure important business information, drive productive collaborations, and distribute documents directly to content management systems via its powerful, automated processing features, batch scanning/indexing tools, and direct connectors to other vendors’ systems.
This further translates to indexing documents either manually or automatically via forms processing and database lookups that do not involve constant operator oversight. Dispatcher Phoenix also reduces paper consumption by digitizing documents for ease of storage and retrieval – qualities that are actively sought by a variety of businesses including office environments, healthcare, and legal practices, for example.
Additionally, a desktop Workstation application is available that will work with any manufacturer’s high-speed scanner, offering a variety of pre-scan options including automated document separation.
