Member News — Riker Danzig Welcomes Partner Richard J.L. Lomuscio
May 31st, 2018

Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to welcome Richard J.L. Lomuscio as a partner in the Firm’s New York office, joining the Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation Practices.  Lomuscio is an experienced litigator, handling commercial and regulatory matters for a variety of clients, including complex securities class actions and disputes relating to complex financial instruments, mortgage securitizations, and corporate governance.

Lomuscio represents clients in civil and criminal matters before FINRA, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has also represented insurance and banking companies in disputes with former employees.

Riker Danzig Co-Chairman Brian E. O’Donnell stated, “Rich brings additional depth to our Securities Litigation area, where we have a very active practice before FINRA, the SEC, and other federal and state bodies.  In addition, his experience representing fintech companies on regulatory issues, including cryptocurrency, is a natural fit with our core Financial Services area.  We are excited that Rich is joining our team.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, he was Counsel with a large, national firm, and previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and a Director at UBS Investment Bank.
