Member News — Columbia Bank “Teams Up” with Burlington Habitat for Humanity
May 30th, 2018
This volunteer crew of Columbia Bank employees recently teamed up with Burlington County Habitat for Humanity to help renovate an affordable housing unit. The Team Columbia volunteers completed various interior painting assignments, providing the “elbow grease” necessary to move the project along.
“We are extremely pleased to assist Burlington Habitat with their charitable mission to create affordable housing,” said Thomas Kemly, Columbia Bank’s President and CEO. “As a true community bank, Team Columbia remains committed to helping local charities that make a difference in people’s lives.” Since 1993, Columbia has also sponsored grants totaling in excess of $1.5 million which provided funding for more than 160 New Jersey Habitat projects.
