Member News — Fox Rothschild Promotes Four Counsel to Partner
May 1st, 2018

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that it has elevated four women counsel to partner throughout its national network of offices:

  • Ali Brodie – Denver / Los Angeles
  • Elizabeth J. Hampton – Princeton
  • Sahara Pynes – Los Angeles / New York
  • Robyn L. Sandak – New York

“Fox has long maintained a commitment to fostering women’s growth in the firm and the legal profession more broadly,” said Mark L. Morris, Fox’s firmwide managing partner. “These four outstanding attorneys exemplify the characteristics at the core of Fox’s values: leadership, resourcefulness, entrepreneurialism and flexibility to adapt and respond to the complex challenges their clients face. We welcome Ali, Elizabeth, Sahara and Robyn to our partnership.”

Brodie, also recently appointed co-chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice, is also co-chair of the firm’s EB-5 Immigrant Investor Services practice.  She represents companies and individuals in business immigration, employer compliance (Form I-9), EB-5 matters, visa sponsorship of foreign nationals and permanent residency. She also trains relevant personnel on federal and state employer verification laws.

Hampton handles various business-related disputes involving employment law, shareholder litigation, probate and construction law, fiduciary duties, valuation, misappropriation and dissolution. She develops strategies tailored to her clients’ national and international needs and goals. She also has experience in real estate, tax appeal and health law matters.

Pynes focuses her practice on helping clients minimize their liability by providing advice and preventative counseling on a range of employment issues. She creates and provides training workshops and coaches C-level executives on employment-related topics, including harassment, interviewing, hiring and sensitivity issues. She has particular fluency in the nuances of California labor and employment law.

Robyn Sandak is a corporate attorney who counsels individuals and entities on many aspects of corporate and business law including entity formation, corporate structure and governance; operating, shareholder and joint venture agreements; acquisition and sales of business, and raising capital in compliance with securities laws.  While Sandak has created a niche guiding talent and companies in the entertainment space, she also has clients in the marketing, software, hospitality, insurance and real estate sectors.
