Member News — Atlantic Stewardship Bank Appoints Six New Business Development Board Members

Atlantic Stewardship Bank’s Board of Directors recently announced the appointment of six new members to its Business Development Boards. Members are appointed for a three-year term, during which they will promote the bank to individuals and businesses throughout the Bergen, Morris and Passaic County communities where the bank maintains branches and continues to be faithful to its customers.

New appointees to the Bank’s Bergen Board are Lisa Galorenzo, Associate at Re/Max Properties and James Vaughan III with Vaughan & Company Securities.  Newly appointed to the Bank’s Passaic Board are Kyle Bushoven, Marketing Manager at Wayne Tile and Alfonso Daloisio, Jr., President of Railroad Construction Company, LLC.

Appointees to the Bank’s Morris Board are Edward Ramirez, CPA at Administrative Consultants and William Kawam, CPA at SKC & Company, LLC.

“Atlantic Stewardship Bank is a community-focused bank, and these six individuals are well suited to educate customers as to our solutions and unique mission of tithing,” said Atlantic Stewardship Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Van Ostenbridge. “They are aware of and concerned about the financial well-being of the communities we serve, and we look forward to their assistance.”

Five members retired after serving their respective terms on the Bank’s Business Development Boards. Retiring from the Bergen Board was Linda A. Brock and Jeffrey R. Van Inwegen, M.D. Additionally, Donald G. Matthews, Esq. and George Schaaf retired from the Passaic Board and Kenneth Vander May retired from the Morris Board.
