Member News — Graham Curtin Attorneys to Join McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP
March 20th, 2018

McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP (“MDM&C” or “the Firm”) today announced its plan to welcome former NJ State Bar President Tom Curtin and 19 other attorneys from Graham Curtin to its practice on April 1, 2018. With the addition of the Graham Curtin attorneys, MDM&C’s expanded firm will number nearly 300 attorneys. MDM&C has 14 locations in 9 states, and the Graham Curtin attorneys will relocate to the Morristown and Newark offices of MDM&C.

The Graham Curtin attorneys bring to MDM&C established practices in corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and sports & entertainment law. MDM&C Managing Partner, Edward B. Deutsch, said, “Our two firms not only share similar areas of legal expertise but, more importantly, are founded on identical values in terms of dedication to client service and high professional standards. Our due diligence and respect for Graham Curtin is
based on decades of first-hand experience, having witnessed the quality and integrity of their attorneys, both inside and outside of the courtroom. We are honored to have them join us.”

Tom Curtin, founding Partner of Graham Curtin, is pleased to join MDM&C with his colleagues from Graham Curtin. “I know that our firms share the same principles of putting the interests of our clients first,” said Curtin. “And as importantly, I believe in the mantra of ‘good lawyers, good people’ and that is true of both firms.” Transition efforts will begin immediately with an effective date of April 1, 2018.
