The DAK Group Hires Jonathan Roth to Meet Middle-..

The DAK Group, an investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and other strategic advisory services for middle-market business owners, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Roth has joined as the Vice President of Investment Banking.

Roth will be part of the Deal Team and is responsible for deal execution of sell and buy side transactions. He works closely with owners to help them evaluate opportunities to make better business decisions and guides them during the transaction process to ensure a smooth execution.
Mr. Roth brings over 25 years of business management experience with 15 years in Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity & Debt Capital markets. Prior to joining the DAK Group, he was the Executive Director of Corporate Development at a leading digital advertising and marketing agency based in the Los Angeles area with a primary focus on acquisition targeting, equity and debt markets, and financial planning initiatives.
Jonathan graduated with a B.A. from Columbia College, Columbia University and earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, Columbia University.
Mr. Roth’s combination of experience provides his M&A clients with significant insights into preparing and positioning their company for a successful transaction.
