Once again, for the fifth consecutive year, Citrin Cooperman’s Livingston, NJ office was named as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey, a survey competition to determine which participating companies are the best employers.
Best Places to work companies are decided based upon participation with the Best Places to Work survey from Best Companies Group* in partnership with NJBIZ. The program collects data confidentially, allowing employees to comfortably share feedback about the companies they work for.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in New Jersey;
- Have at least 15 employees working in New Jersey;
- Be in business a minimum of 1 year.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. BCG conducts the surveys, analyzes the data, and determines the winners and rankings.
The rankings of the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on May 1st at iPlay America’s Event Center in Freehold, NJ. A special publication profiling the companies selected as the Best Places to Work in New Jersey will be published by NJBIZ on May 6th, 2019.
