Matrix New World Engineering (Matrix) officially announced the addition of John Tsun, an air quality services expert, to the firm. Tsun, who brings nearly three decades of managing environmental compliance for the petroleum, pharmaceutical, chemical and power generation industries, joins the firm as Senior Project Manager of Air Permitting services. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Florham Park, NJ.

Tsun’s experience spans projects involving regulatory compliance and the preparation of air permit documents, vibration monitoring, computer simulation modeling, and Title V compliance reporting throughout the U.S. A Certified LIQUID BOOT® Inspector and Geo-Seal® Inspector and Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Aircraft Mechanic, Tsun has Secret Security Clearance from the Department of Homeland Security. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from City College of New York
