Denholtz Associates’ newest tenant, Industrial Laser Machining, took 6,397 square feet while current tenants, Smart Source of Georgia and Tektronix, Inc. renewed their leases of 2,602 and 2,566 square feet.
University Corporate Center consists of seven single-story, multi-tenant buildings on 12.2 acres offering units ranging from 1,300 to 20,800 square feet. Conveniently located a half-mile east of the intersection of State Road 436 and University Boulevard, University Corporate Center is just six miles east of downtown Orlando and near the University of Central Florida and the Central Florida Research Park. Orlando International Airport is 13 miles from the park and Interstate 4, Routes 441 and 50 and Highway 417 all converge near the park’s center.
