The new owner plans to make significant renovations to the building and reopen the space as a high-end café geared towards better meeting the needs of commuters utilizing Hamburg Turnpike. The new café will feature unique coffee drinks, homemade baked goods, and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and lunch items. Additionally, the new owner will make substantial improvements to the free-standing two-family home at 219 Hamburg Turnpike to generate additional income from apartment leasing at the site.
