Sills Cummis & Gross is pleased to announce that Jason L. Sobel and William R. Tellado were promoted to Members of the Firm; and Cecilia I. Lassiter was promoted to Of Counsel, effective October 1, 2018.

Jason L. Sobel  |  Member  |  Real Estate

Jason L. Sobel focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including complex acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and development projects. He also handles day-to-day business law and contract related matters. Mr. Sobel is admitted in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

William R. Tellado  |  Member  |  Litigation

William R. Tellado focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including banking and finance, secured creditor, civil RICO, restrictive covenants and unfair competition, health care and contract actions. Mr. Tellado is admitted in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, summa cum laude.

Cecilia I. Lassiter  |  Of Counsel  |  Real Estate   

Cecilia I. Lassiter focuses her practice on land use and public finance matters, with a particular emphasis on all aspects of the redevelopment process and state and local financial incentives. Ms. Lassiter is admitted in New Jersey and New York. She received her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
