Member News -- Archer Welcomes Five New Associates..

We are pleased to announce that five new associates have joined Archer P.C., one of the region’s largest law firms, with eight offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York.

Najah A. Jacobs is a member of Archer’s Environmental Law Practice Group and specializes in complex environmental litigation, products liability claims, and toxic torts. Najah concentrates her practice on pursuing and defending complex environmental matters, focusing on a wide range of matters, including cleanup and response costs, soil and groundwater contamination, and natural resource damage claims. Najah graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as the Executive Symposium Editor of the Drexel Law Review and President of the Black Law Students Association. Najah was a Law School Ambassador, Diversity and Inclusion Fellow, and Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow. During law school, Najah served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Najah is a former Archer summer associate.

Kenneth Ling is a member of Archer’s Real Estate and Business Counseling Practice Groups and represents a wide range of clients in corporate, business and real estate matters. Ken handles a variety of matters, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, and public contracting, as well as purchase and sale transactions and leases. Ken graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he served as Articles Editor and Staff Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Ken also served as the Treasurer for the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association, and was the recipient of the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship. Ken served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Karen M. Williams, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. Ken is a former Archer summer associate.

Jennifer N. McCracken is a member of Archer’s Real Estate Tax Appeal group and specializes in the litigation of complex commercial and industrial property tax appeals. Jennifer advises clients on property tax issues, liabilities, and valuation at all stages of prosecution. Jennifer graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and the Jessup International Moot Court. In addition, she served as the American Bar Association Liaison. Jennifer was a Widener Law Scholar, as well as the recipient of the Honorable Rosalie B. Cooper Fellowship Award, the Honorable Nathan C. Staller Scholarship, and the Honorable Rudolph J. Rossetti Memorial Award. Following law school, Jennifer was a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Gilmore of the Tax Court of New Jersey.

Anthony Paolini III is a member of Archer’s Family Law and Matrimonial Practice Group, where he focuses his practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, adoption, parental rights, custody, support, and domestic violence. Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Rutgers Law School Civil Practice Clinic. Following law school, Anthony served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Burke III of the New Jersey Superior Court Family Division in Burlington County, NJ. Anthony is a member of the Thomas Forkin American Inns of Court, and a member of the Burlington County Bar Association.

Reginald L. Streater is a member of Archer’s Business Litigation Group and focuses his practice on commercial and complex litigation. Reggie handles a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, federal claims, federal civil rights claims, insurance matters, labor and employment claims, fraud claims, and tort claims. Reggie graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Black Law Students Association, and as an Advisor for the Affinity Group Coalition. Reggie was a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow, as well as a member of the National Lawyers Guild Temple Law Chapter, and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. During law school, Reggie served as a legal intern for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, Former Chief Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Reggie is a former Archer summer associate.
