Gregory Ferris has been hired as Vice President, Business Continuity and Risk Officer based at the Milton Operations Center in Oak Ridge, N.J. He was most recently a Business Continuity and Crisis Management Manager for AmeriHealth Caritas in Philadelphia, P.A. and prior to that, was Managing Director and Chief Business Continuity Officer at Morgan Stanley and Company in New York, N.Y. Ferris earned a bachelor’s degree in emergency and disaster management from American Military University. He is certified in U.S. National Security Strategy, Terrorism and Counterterroism, and Emergency Management. Ferris is a resident of Green Brook, N.J.
Mary Russell has been hired as Vice President, Assistant Controller based in Oak Ridge, N.J. With more than 29 years of industry experience, Russell was most recently the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at 1st Constitution Bank in Cranbury, N.J. Previously she was Chief Financial Officer at FinPro in Gladstone, N.J. and prior to that, was Senior Vice President, Comptroller and Corporate Secretary at Peapack-Gladstone Bank in Bedminster, N.J. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at West Chester University. Russell is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Financial Managers Society. She resides in Long Valley, N.J.
