Member News -- Grand Opening Celebration for Brand..

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, along with their project partners from Hilton, M&T Bank and White Lodging, and Teaneck Mayor Hameeduddin celebrated the grand opening for Bergen County’s newest hospitality offering, the dual-branded Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Teaneck. Since the hotel’s ribbon cutting last month, the 15-story, 335,412-square-foot, 350-room hotel has quickly become one of the most exciting hospitality destinations in Bergen County. The grand opening celebration marked the successful culmination of the project and offered the chance to look towards the exciting future that lies ahead for the hotel.

Driven by the vision of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and the Hilton Hotel brand, the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Teaneck sets a new standard for hospitality in the area. With 350 guest rooms, the hotel’s dual-branding allows it to meet the travel needs of any guest from overnight tourists to long-term business travelers and everything in between.

The dual-branded concept also creates enhanced and larger communal areas than what would be standard at a stand-alone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel features a bar area for guests to meet, eat or just relax – as well as a shared lobby area, 24-hour fitness center and indoor pool for guests to unwind. Additionally, the hotel offers 1,230 square feet of shared meeting space that can accommodate up to 100 people making it perfect for small to mid-sized events looking for the right mix of location, amenities, and access to premier entertainment and dining options.
