Member News -- Denholtz Associates Welcomes New Ac..

Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, announces that Blake Burger has joined the company as an Acquisitions and Development Associate.

In the role of Acquisitions and Development Associate, Burger will work closely with Denholtz Associates’ executive leadership team to assist with deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, community relations and analytics.  Burger’s contributions will ensure that Denholtz Associates can continue to successfully identify unique real estate development, redevelopment and value-add opportunities in the market and continue to successfully execute their investment strategy.

Prior to joining Denholtz Associates, Burger received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Management and Decision Sciences from Monmouth University. Burger is a resident of Easton, Pa.
