Member News -- The DAK Group Hires Eva Cannon To M..

The DAK Group, a middle market investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions, business sales, and other strategic advisory services for middle market business owners, is pleased to announce that Eva Cannon has joined as the Vice President of Investment Banking.

Cannon will be part of the Deal Team, and is responsible for deal execution of sell and buy side transactions. She works closely with businesses; to help them evaluate opportunities to make better business decisions and guides them during the transaction process to ensure a smooth execution.

Ms. Cannon brings over 15 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience. Prior to joining the DAK Team, she was a Vice President of Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at American Express, and a Director of Strategic Investments at Western Union (First Data Company). During her tenure, she supported strategic initiatives including acquisitions, investments, and divestitures globally.

Eva graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University with a MBA in International Business.
