Member News -- NAI James E. Hanson Welcomes Indust..

NAI James E. Hanson that Dick Hecker has joined its Hackensack, N.J. office as Vice President.  Hecker will work closely with the NAI James E. Hanson sales and leasing teams on leasing, investment, asset management, development, finance, and business development initiatives.

With over twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Hecker previously served as Managing Director at Colliers International and as Senior Director of Acquisitions and Originations for Palisades Financial, LLC., where he was responsible for seeking out and evaluating loan originations ranging from $2 million to $50 million including first mortgages, bridge financing, and mezzanine debt prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson. Hecker was also deeply involved in commercial real estate acquisitions from identification of development sites through due diligence, pricing, transaction structure and closing.  Hecker’s deep experience in all facets of real estate transactions will make him a highly valued member of the team providing NAI Hanson’s clients with strategic real estate counsel.
