Member News - Next Level Performance

Next Level Performance was named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the third year in a row. The program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees), and recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Senior Director of Engagement at Next Level Performance, Susan Adams says, “An engaged workforce creates inspired results. At Next Level Performance, we know that our people are the key to every success. We are proud of our company culture that allows every employee to learn, grow, and achieve.”

The company is committed to an engaged workforce, shaped by the Next Level CARES values, which stand for Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Ethical Behavior, and Service. Next Level Performance lives these values in the office, with charitable donations, and through community service initiatives, including its annual HOPE Week.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. 75% of the total evaluation was based on an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The balance consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
