The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. welcomes new matrimonial and family law associate, Daniel A. Burton.
Burton represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation and mediation, post-judgment litigation, custody and parenting time issues, alimony and child support, pre-nuptial agreements, matrimonial settlement agreements, domestic violence, and domestic partnership matters.
Burton earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and his B.S.B.A. from Duquesne University. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Monmouth County and was a summer law clerk at a civil litigation firm. Burton is a member of the American, New Jersey State, and Monmouth County Bar Associations.
