Special Event with Governor Christie and Goya Foods
April 20th, 2017

The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey is pleased to announce that Governor Christie will speak to our members to provide an update on the state of New Jersey’s economy. Faced with a myriad of challenges when taking office in 2010, the Christie Administration made economic development and creation of private sector jobs a top priority and designed a comprehensive approach to enhance New Jersey’s business climate.

These actions have resulted in a remarkable improvement in virtually every metric associated with economic development and have resulted in a record number of private sector jobs and historically low unemployment.

While the Governor is pleased with the progress we have achieved, he realizes more can be done.  So, more than simply a report to CIANJ members looking back over the last seven years, the Governor will highlight the initiatives he will advance to build upon the progress and keep the momentum going.

Following the Governor’s presentation, members will have the opportunity to network with one another over lunch. So, don’t miss this rare opportunity to have your voice heard and build new relationships.
