Next Level Performance was named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the third year in a row. The program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees), and recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. 75% of the total evaluation was based on an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The balance consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
